offer an extended warranty of up to 3 years for an additional

Yes, we offer financing options through our partner company (Klarna). You can apply for financing during the checkout process on our website.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of
placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful since we may have already begun building the machine. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

You can return your items within 30 days of purchase and 45 days during holiday period and a refund issued between 3-5 working days. Any intentional damaged product will not be refunded and will be returned back to customers. Any operational damage should be reported within 7 days for exchange.
