Our custom gaming machines come with a
standard 1-year warranty covering parts and labour. We also

offer an extended warranty of up to 3 years for an additional

fee.

All our custom gaming machines are designed to be easily upgradeable. You can upgrade individual components or add new ones when required to keep your machine up-to-date with the latest technology.

Yes, we offer financing options through our partner company (Klarna). You can apply for financing during the checkout process on our website.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of
placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee that the
cancellation will be successful since we may have already begun building the machine. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

You can contact our customer support team through email or phone. We also offer live chat support during business hours. Our support team is available to help you with any issues you may have with your orders.

You can return your items within 30 days of purchase and 45 days during holiday period and a refund issued between 3-5 working days. Any intentional damaged product will not be refunded and will be returned back to customers. Any operational damage should be reported within 7 days for exchange.

All faulty item will be looked into by our team, Kindly contact the customer support within 7 days after purchase with your order number and a refund or exchange will be issued accordingly.
